Simplicity of the Wrap Party

SIMPLICITY OF THE WRAP PARTY

1. Wear your It Works Shirt. Look amazing and keep it simple.

Listen to upbeat music on your way to the party. Get your energy up and know that this is going to be a party to remember. Focus on the guests that are there not on the ones that didn’t show. If there are only 2 people, then there are only 2 people. Focus on them and success will be yours.

2. Have all your party supplies neat and ready to go.

3. Arrive at least 30 minutes early and get set up.

4. Guests sign in using a sign in sheet on a clip board.

5. Have before and after pictures along with all the different ways you can wrap flyer. 

6. Guests choose applicators(s).

7. Money in Jar (must collect money up front…it is too confusing to collect at the end and you must place it in the jar to show and tell “the money”).

8. Get wrapped (do not discuss the applicator or other products while wrapping your guests. Time is of the essence. Inform your guests that all their questions will be answered once everyone is wrapped).

9. Give them a bottle of water (no other refreshments are required).

10.Clip Board with the following items attached:

a. Customer Order form highlight bottom section, the

Greens, Vital, The Skinny Pack and your “favorite product” on the form). 

b. It Works Product Flyer and Package Flyer

c. Plain Envelope for your Thank You Note. (Ask guest to put their name and address on it. This will be used for a drawing and for you to send out Thank You notes.)

Note: Catalog is only given to those who purchase at the end of the night.

11.Welcome and brief intro (tell your story…keep it to 2 minutes)

12. Showcase only 5 products:

a. Ultimate Body Applicator

b. Defining Gel

c. Fat Fighter

d. Greens

e. Vital

Note: a, b & c are in the Skinny Pack.

13. Product Overview…Show & Tell keeps it fun and interesting.

Keep this to 20 minutes.

a. Ask them how they feel with the Applicator on. Get them involved. Showcase all the ways that you can place it on the body along with showing them several before & after pictures. This builds belief.

b. Defining Gel…pass it around and have them place a dime size on their hands

c. Fat Fighter demo

i. 2 Fat Fighters crushed in a baggie (do this ahead of time)

ii. Wine glass with water

iii. Pour approximately 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil over water (do this in front of them)

iv. Empty the Fat Fighters into the glass

d. Vital (place a Vital in water at the beginning of your talk so they can see how quickly it dissolves but don’t talk about until after Fat Fighter Demo).

e. Sample the Greens either by just tasting the powder or you can place it in juice and give them a 3 ounce cup size

f. Read several paragraphs from Dr. Don’s letter that came in your Distributor kit on Vital and Greens

g. Say “Oprah has her Favorite Products and I have mine” Show your favorite product Exp: Lip & Eye Cream – pass it around and let them put it on their upper lip and around one eye to see the difference. You can share different favorite products at different parties.

14.Verbiage to close:

“We just learned about our top selling 5 products along with my favorite product. Three of them can be purchased in our Skinny Pack for $109

“You can purchase Retail however It Works offers a Loyal Customer Program that saves you time and money… anywhere from 20 to 40% off of Retail. 15. Free Drawing of a Facial…before unwrapping the guests draw for a Free Single Facial Applicator. Have the hostess draw from the Thank You Note Envelops. Once the name is drawn, hand the winner the facial and explain what the facial does if no one has applied one for the night. This gives you an opportunity to talk about this product in a fun way.

16. It is time for Results.

a. Unwrap each guest in the order that you wrapped them

b. As each guest comes out into the room, announce her results while ringing a bell or other noise maker to cause a surge of energy. If the guest bloats, celebrate the bloat and explain that the toxins that were released while wrapping have not had time to be eliminated and that her results should be amazing by tomorrow. Most of our “bloaters” get the best results. Make sure you get back with this person the next day to measure them again.

c. Start taking orders. It is always good to have 2 or more DTs at a party with you and leave the strongest one out in the room to help with orders. You can take all your new DTs with you to watch and learn but also having them wrap the guests. This also shows the guests that you don’t party alone which is different than all the other companies out there. Everyone wants to be a part of a team.

d. Give each new LC a catalog to take home so they can look for future products.

e. If anyone shows interest in the business, make an appointment to see them within the next 48 to 72 hours to discuss the opportunity.
